This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes the activities and content that are prohibited on Nyasa Cloud’s hosting, email, domain and VPS services. It applies to every customer and to anyone using a service hosted with us.
Nyasa Cloud provides shared infrastructure used by many customers. This policy exists to keep our network secure, reliable and fast for everyone โ and to make sure Nyasa Cloud is never used to cause harm. Violations of this AUP are also violations of our Terms of Service.

Our email hosting and shared hosting plans include built-in spam and virus filtering (powered by Imunify360) to protect all customers. To maintain good email deliverability for everyone on our network:
For large marketing email campaigns, we recommend using a dedicated email marketing platform rather than sending bulk mail directly from your hosting account.
Shared, single-site, WordPress and email hosting plans are designed for typical website and business email usage, as described on our pricing page. While we don't actively monitor normal usage, accounts that consistently consume a disproportionate share of shared server resources (CPU, memory, I/O) โ to the point of affecting other customers โ may be asked to upgrade to a plan with dedicated resources (such as VPS hosting) or to optimise their application.
We will always try to contact you and offer solutions before taking any action on a resource-usage issue.
While we provide free SSL, daily backups, and Imunify360 malware protection on every plan, you are responsible for:
If your account is compromised and used to send spam or attack other systems, we may need to temporarily suspend it to protect other customers, while we work with you to resolve the issue.
