Unlimited Features

The following features may be advertised as unlimited, depending on your hosting plan:

Bandwidth Email Accounts MySQL Databases PostgreSQL Databases FTP Accounts Subdomains Addon Domains Parked Domains
What "unlimited" means

Nyasa Cloud does not impose a predefined numerical limit on these features — provided usage remains consistent with normal website hosting activity and complies with this policy.

2

Server Resource Limits

Each hosting account is allocated dedicated server resources based on the selected hosting package, including but not limited to:

CPU Usage RAM (Memory) Entry Processes Total Processes Disk I/O IOPS Inodes

These limits are enforced automatically through our hosting platform to ensure fair allocation of server resources.

When an account reaches its allocated resource limits, applications may be temporarily slowed or restricted until usage returns to normal. This affects only the individual account — never other customers.
3

Acceptable Website Usage

Our shared and single hosting plans are intended for:

  • Business & corporate websites
  • Blogs and personal websites
  • E-commerce websites
  • Educational websites
  • NGO and community websites
  • Content Management Systems (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.)
4

Prohibited Usage

Hosting accounts may not be used for activities that are inconsistent with normal website hosting, including but not limited to:

  • File storage or online backup services
  • Video streaming platforms
  • Music or media distribution platforms
  • Public file download repositories
  • Peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing
  • Cryptocurrency mining
  • Proxy or VPN services
  • Automated bot networks
  • Spam or bulk email campaigns
  • Any activity that harms server stability or network performance
5

Bandwidth Usage

Unlimited bandwidth is intended for normal website traffic.

Accounts generating excessive or abnormal traffic that negatively affects server performance or network stability may be subject to investigation and appropriate resource management.

6

Email Usage

Unlimited email accounts are provided for legitimate business and personal communication.

The service must not be used for:

  • Mass mailing
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Spam
  • Purchased mailing lists
  • High-volume outbound email services
Nyasa Cloud reserves the right to apply reasonable sending limits to protect our email reputation and infrastructure.
7

Database Usage

Unlimited databases are intended for websites hosted within the same hosting account.

Databases should not be used as standalone storage systems or for applications unrelated to the hosted website.

8

Inode Usage

Each hosting package includes an inode allocation — the maximum number of files and directories that may be stored within the hosting account.

Customers approaching their inode allocation may be advised to remove unnecessary files or upgrade to a higher hosting plan.

9

Resource Abuse

Nyasa Cloud continuously monitors server performance to ensure a reliable hosting environment. Accounts that repeatedly exceed their allocated server resources may experience:

  • Temporary resource throttling
  • Service performance reduction
  • Recommendations to optimize applications
  • Recommendation to upgrade hosting plans

Resource management measures are designed to maintain service quality for all customers.

10

Upgrade Recommendations

Customers whose websites consistently require resources beyond those included in their current package may be advised to upgrade to:

A higher hosting package VPS Hosting Dedicated Hosting

This ensures continued website performance while protecting the stability of the shared hosting environment.

Policy Changes

Nyasa Cloud reserves the right to amend this Fair Usage Policy from time to time in response to operational, security, or technological requirements. Any significant updates will be published on our website.
