You can pay in Malawi Kwacha using Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, bank transfer (Standard Bank, National Bank), or Visa and Mastercard. You never need a forex card to host with us.

No. Unlike many international hosts, we don't use low introductory rates that jump at renewal. The price you sign up at is the price you renew at — no surprises.

Both. You can pay monthly, or choose annual billing to save around 15%. You can switch billing cycles or upgrade your plan from your client portal at any time.

Every payment generates an invoice automatically in your client portal, where you can download it any time. Need a formal receipt for your business records? Our support team can provide one on request.

We'll send reminders before and after your due date, and there's a grace period before any service is suspended. Your data is kept safe during this window — just settle the invoice to restore access. We'll always reach out before taking any action.

Yes. The Starter shared plan hosts one website; Business and above let you host unlimited websites on a single account, each with its own domain, email and SSL.

You choose a data center in the USA, Germany or Singapore to be closest to your visitors. Every location runs NVMe SSD with a free global CDN, and a Malawi/Africa edge is on our roadmap.

Domains

Search for your name on our domains page, pick the .mw extension and add it to your cart. As a local registrar, we activate .mw domains quickly — usually within minutes of payment.

Yes. Unlock the domain at your current registrar, grab your EPP/auth code, and start the transfer with us. You'll get a discount plus a free extra year added, and we move your DNS records so nothing breaks.

Not at all — you can register a domain on its own and point it wherever you like. But if you add hosting too, everything lives in one dashboard, and many plans include a free domain for the first year.

Yes — free WHOIS privacy is included on every eligible domain, hiding your personal details from public lookups at no extra cost. Some country-code domains have their own registry rules, which we'll always make clear at checkout.
