How to Pay for Hosting Using Airtel Money & TNM Mpamba

Option 1: Pay Using Airtel Money

Steps

1. Open the Airtel Money menu on your phone.
2. Select Send Money.
3. Choose To Airtel Number.
4. Enter the following number:09XX XXX XXX
5. Enter the amount indicated on your hosting invoice.
6. Enter your Airtel Money PIN to confirm the transaction.
7. You will receive a confirmation SMS from Airtel Money.

Important

After making the payment, send the following details to our support team:

• Full Name
• Hosting Package Purchased
• Airtel Money Transaction ID
• Amount Paid
• Email Address

Option 2: Pay Using TNM Mpamba

Steps

1. Dial *444# on your phone.
2. Select Send Money.
3. Enter the following Mpamba number:08XX XXX XXX
4. Enter the payment amount shown on your invoice.
5. Confirm the recipient details.
6. Enter your Mpamba PIN.
7. You will receive a confirmation SMS with a transaction reference.

Important

After payment, send us:

• Full Name
• Hosting Package Purchased
• Mpamba Transaction ID
• Amount Paid
• Email Address

Payment Verification

Once payment has been made:

1. Send your transaction details via WhatsApp, Email, or Support Ticket.
2. Our billing team will verify the payment.
3. Upon successful verification, your hosting account will be activated.
4. Login credentials and account details will be sent to your registered email address.
